Staffgent is for researching your own inbound business leads, scoring them, preparing drafts and managing your private sales pipeline — with your review and approval.

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications that breach applicable marketing/anti-spam or privacy laws.
• Attempt to research or target individuals in ways that are unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Upload or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process.
• Attempt to access another organisation's data, probe tenant isolation, or circumvent access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service or its execution worker.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset for resale, or to scrape prohibited sources.

The service prepares drafts and research for your review. Human approval is required before any prospect contact. You are responsible for the lawfulness and content of any message you choose to send after approval.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, to protect other clients, prospects or the service. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to offboarding.
